Terms and Conditions

The Customer and TIL Media shall be bound by these General Terms and Conditions:

1. The customer must provide all necessary documents and information to confirm the customer's identity, legal status and business capacity. TIL Media will have authority to investigate the matter. TIL Media reserves the right to temporarily disconnect, suspend or terminate the Services if the customer provides incorrect information in any document or subscription form. If there is any change in the information previously provided, the Customer must notify TIL Media of the change, failing which TIL Media reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Services at its sole discretion.
2. Both parties agree that any material identified as confidential by one party shall be kept confidential by the other party Such information may be disclosed only if it is discovered that the information was previously in the public domain or was already known to the receiving party without violating this Agreement, or if it is required by law.
3. TIL Media has sole control over the title and ownership of the connection and equipment provided TIL Media will deliver the service to the customer within the agreed time frame. If assistance is delayed, TIL Media will notify the customer as soon as possible.
